As a young girl, WIPA was able to get a scholarship, from an open scholarship foundation formed after the Vietnam war, and studied at a High School in the USA.  She managed to get another scholarship from the Rotary Club to do nursing training in Australia for 4 years.

She came back to Thailand and married 21 years ago, and had a daughter. Once her daughter was educated, she decided to join the PIWC, and help the needy children receive their education in a similar manner.
